Things to Consider |
Colorado Springs has the worst traffic congestion for a city its size. Colorado Springs laws do not necessitate owners of real estate to buy insurance on their homes. On the other hand, if your home has a mortgage, your lender will require you to purchase homeowners insurance or property insurance on a dwelling as part of your mortgage agreement. The law requires all drivers on roadways to carry at least a minimum auto liability insurance policy. It is necessitated by all drivers to carry obligatory liability limits of at least $25,000 per person bodily injury, $50,000 total for bodily injury and $15,000 for property damage liability.
